MV Investment announces the development of a new climate controlled self storage facility along Kathleen Road. The three-story, 94,500 SF building will offer climate controlled storage units, ranging in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x25’, in the growing city of Lakeland, Florida.
Construction is underway on this Class-A facility with an opening scheduled for Summer 2023. CubeSmart will oversee lease-up and property management.
