Located at 2165 N. Lecanto Highway, the three-story facility will offer 639 storage units in a range of sizes from 3’x5’ to 10’x30’. Built with durability and functionality in mind, the structure features a metal framework, corrugated metal interior walls, and industry-standard roll-up doors. A fully climate controlled environment ensures the protection of stored items, while an insulated roof system with R-30 insulation, a comprehensive fire alarm system, and full sprinkler coverage enhance safety and energy efficiency.
