New Climate Controlled Self Storage Facility Opens for Business in Fayetteville, NC


MV Investment announces the completion of a new three-story Class-A climate controlled self storage facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

The 107,066 SF facility located at 4247 Ramsey Street features 799 units ranging in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x25’, and a state-of-the-art security system. MV Investment collaborated with Miller Valentine Construction, who provided the design-build construction services to develop the storage facility.

This is their second development in the region following the sale of 5234 Raeford Road last year.

Situated on a high-traffic artery close to Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg), the development offers a foothold in a high-growth corridor experiencing a boom in housing construction. The two-acre site sits between a Wal-Mart Supercenter and a Lowes Home Improvements store and is adjacent to restaurants, daycare centers, and other busy retail developments, responding to the needs of residential, commercial, and military customers.

CubeSmart will oversee lease-up and property management of this facility.

Since 2018, MV Investment has developed and sold 20 self storage units in Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
