Located at the intersection of Town Center and Clariday Roads, the 77,500-square-foot Class A facility features 800 units ranging in size from 5×5 to 10×30. MV Investment strategically chose the location based on current population metrics and projections for substantial residential growth. More than 11,000 new housing units have been recently completed or are under construction within the immediate trade area. The population includes a healthy mix of affluent full-time and transient second-home residents, offering built-in demand for high-grade storage options. The location is at Sunset Beach’s busiest crossroads, where an estimated 28,000 vehicles pass by daily.
