MV Investment is developing a new climate controlled self storage facility along a high-traffic corridor in Winter Haven, Florida. Located at 6610 Cypress Garden Boulevard, the project will be one of the few Class-A self-storage facilities in the area. The 100,300 gross SF facility will house 792 units ranging in size from 3 x 5 lockers to 10 x 25. The location was chosen for its high visibility in an underserved market that is seeing an uptick in multifamily developments.

The three-story structure will be 100% self-contained with limited points of ingress and egress to enhance security. Architectural design and surrounding landscaping will elevate the facility’s profile as a secure, well-maintained facility.
