Ft. Myers, FL – MV Investment has sold their most recently developed climate controlled self storage facility in Ft. Myers, FL to HPI Real Estate Services & Investments, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Austin, TX.
The purchase encompasses approximately 100,000 SF and more than 800 self-storage units. The Class A asset was developed along Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, which was strategically selected for its highly visible location in the densely populated, high-growth area of Ft. Myers. The facility has been in operation since May 2022.
