Our story
MV Investment was established in the late 1960s as a sister company to Miller Valentine Construction, initially focusing on industrial development in Southwest Ohio. Over time, we expanded into office and master-planned land development, extending our reach across multiple Midwest markets.
In 2017, we made a strategic shift to concentrate exclusively on developing climate controlled self storage facilities in high-growth secondary and tertiary markets. These locations often present the strongest opportunities for superior risk-adjusted returns.
Since then, MV Investment has developed 23 self storage properties totaling $325 million in capitalization. Of those, 13 have been successfully sold—delivering strong returns for our investors.
